Jethmalani asks why SC order on black money not implemented

Lamenting that the Supreme Court order on black money has not been complied with even after two years, eminent lawyer Ram Jethmalani on Tuesday said it was the fundamental right of Indian citizens to know about the people who stashed away unaccounted wealth in foreign banks.
He referred to Supreme Court orders in which it has said that the court was not satisfied with the government investigation and its appointment of Special Investigation Team headed by retired judges to probe the issue.
“Two years have gone by since the judgement was passed.
That judgement has not been complied with. There are no lawyers to make a complaint. There are no Parliamentarians to make a complaint.

So, Supreme Court order has not been complied with, I mean is it possible. You know it is when the decision is about black money, because black money is the glue that holds our nation together and without black money, there would be no motivation in India to do the work you are actually bound to do as per your duty.
Black Money is the supreme power in India, and you want to summon the details regarding it? It is the same as asking the Good to summon himself in a court of law, is it impractical. Black Money is also like God in the sense that everyone knows It's there, but no-one has actually seen It. Now, I wouldn't like an argument about whether He is or Isn't, if you believe He isn't, let go.
Moving on, the report also states that there is no Parliamentarian to complain regarding non fulfillment of the said order, I mean how stupid can you get? Do you really expect the Criminal to ask conviction on his  crime? What is the matter with you, asking such questions? A thief never reports the crime. It is improbable. When all of the Parliamentarians have the ill-famed Swiss Bank Account, why would anyone come forward to do so? It would mean surrender of money, and I don't think you can surrender a 100 bucks, you have some guts asking them to surrender millions.
Two years since the order and no-one cares what happened about it, the Citizens are ignorant or I guess don't even know such order exists, I didn't until this report. Also, this got me thinking why would've such a reputed lawyer like Jethmalani would have asked for ratification, he should know till now, how the system works. I think it is because he wanted his minutes of fame about asking about that dead-end order.
Well, to sum up, Nation collects Black Money, Population believes it's everyday news and a bigass lawyer tries to get it right and receives no correspondence. Well that's the name of the game.

Sodomy case: former MP Minister Raghavji arrested

Disgraced former Madhya Pradesh Finance Minister Raghavji was on Tuesday arrested following sodomy allegations levelled against him by his domestic servant Rajkumar Dangi, police said.
“Raghavji has been arrested from a flat in Koh-e-Fiza locality in old city area of Bhopal where he was hiding,” Inspector General (IG) Bhopal Range Upendra Jain told PTI.
The door of the flat was locked from outside and Raghavji was inside, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, police reached the flat some time back and knocked the door. “When nobody responded, police broke open the door and found Raghvaji,” the IG said.
After his formal arrest, he is being brought to the Habibganj Police Station, where an FIR against him had been registered two days back.
Soon after the registration of an FIR, Raghavji, who celebrated his 79th birthday on Sunday, went missing from Vidisha.
The FIR was filed by his servant, who alleged that Raghavji abused him for the last three and a half years on the promise of getting him a government job.

Well, traditional Indian News yet again, Sexual Victimization of household help, it keeps on happening, remember the Shiney Ahuja scandal. It is also traditional in the sense that it deals with ministers screwing with the general population. And, it can be news because it involves a State Minister being arrested for doing so, Ministers don't usually get arrested in India, but we have to take into consideration that he was a Finance Minister and is nothing right now.
Well, how naive can you get to actually think a minister will help you across your life for sex, I mean they fuck the entire nation and still don't do anything for it, let alone individuals. It is stupid, and immoral and illegal at that. You cannot argue that a person promised to have sex with you in exchange for a government job and didn't uphold that contract, it is Void, it would be considered rape only if intercourse occurred on pretense of marriage however, this can be tried for Sexual Harassment.  And, Sexual Harassment in India, if reported could lead to serious prison terms.
It is also stupid because it took the domestic help three and a half years to realise that their "Relationship" isn't going anywhere, makes me wonder if The Opposition was involved, but what would opposition do by screwing with a former minister who himself was screwing another person while all of them screw our nation.

Also, what special kind of Pervert you need to be in order to think about sexually abusing your domestic help at the age of 79 years, I mean bro, can you even lift it? India is a land of mystical elements, I mean your sexual desires don't culminate at such age as well, I mean it could lead to heart attacks and failures. He was screwing with his maid in the age where even the medicines stop affecting, I believe life beyond 75 years is bonus to anyone and should be used for the good of others.

The maid filmed this minister doing her without his consent, could the minister file for non-consented pornography? And that was not one CD, there were 22, I mean what the hell, are you filming a sitcom, you need to continue your abuse to 22 more times just to create evidence? It is all very complicated, I think it was consensual and when she would have demanded something and the minster declined, she'd have reported him on Sexual Harassment, that is what I feel as per the facts I know.

To end my take, I'd like to say that you never know what kind of news may purport in India, but you can be sure there is going to be something weird everyday.

Opposition, government clash over ‘solar scam’ in Kerala

Speaker G. Karthikeyan adjourned the Assembly for the day as slogan-shouting Opposition members occupied the well of the House.

Turmoil over the sensational ‘solar scam’ led to an early end to the proceedings of the Kerala Assembly on Monday even as Opposition activists clashed with the police outside the House.
Speaker G. Karthikeyan adjourned the Assembly for the day after rushing through the day’s curtailed business. Earlier, he had suspended the proceedings for nearly an hour when the slogan-shouting Opposition members occupied the well of the House.
The Opposition uproar continued on resumption as well. Once it became clear that the House cannot transact normal business in the face of loud Opposition sloganeering, the Speaker first curtailed the business and then rushed through the financial business to declare an early end to the day’s sitting.

Well, I'm not fixating on the Southern Part of India, I guess the Hindu feels that they should not be deserted and keeps fixating on them. Anyhow, this is a classic Indian news, it talks about a scam, riots in the Legislative Assembly and the meeting being adjourned without any results.
Scams are like the very fuel that keeps the media going, I mean if there has not been a Scam for the last six months (Broader Period to avoid any discrepancies), there is something wrong, or maybe it came up and was not big enough to be discussed all over.
Well, I can at least say that Kerala lives up to the expectation of the state with highest literacy and Government Activity when they pulled of a 'Solar Scam', many States would not even know such kind of scam is even possible. I sometimes wonder when the ministers propose a bill in the Assembly, do they already plan on what fronts can they scam the nation and if it is worth their efforts to put it up, i.e. will the scam produce enough return for them to get the bill acted upon. That I think would truly be consideration while proposing a bill.
This report also talks about the ministers chanting slogans and not allowing parliamentary proceedings to take place which would have happened even if there was no scam. That is the power of opposition in India, they don't care what's on the agenda, they'll just oppose. They don't care what the speaker has to say to them, I mean they would even oppose if the Speaker asked them to speak.
Also, the report said that the Opposition says that the state is preventing the Chief Minister from the CBI investigation. Well, D'ah! You don't expect the mother to let go of the son, now do you? and even so, CBI investigation is more like Congress Bureau of Investigation, and will not harm a Congress employee. Talking about the Home Minister being ready for all kinds if inquiry, I mean why would they be not, the report has to be passed from their tables too.
I guess, that would be enough government Bashing for today as I don't even know if the news is true or not, so I should not take sides right now, anyhow news about scams are reminders of the fact that, 'Anything Is Possible'.

Drive to be launched for birth control in animals

The News
K. Gnaneswar, Joint Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, on Saturday said that a drive would be launched for animal birth control operations in the city involving male dogs from August in association with the Eluru Municipal Corporation (EMC). Speaking at a function in connection with the World Zoonosis Day, he said the programme would go on for a period of 2-3 years until the whole task was accomplished with an aim to bring the dog population under control. The official machinery is finding it difficult to collect census on the number of dogs in the district and their health profiles for devising a plan of action to handle a number of diseases transmitted from dogs to humans due to the `population explosion’ with each female being capable of producing not less than eight cubs in each cycle of reproduction in its lifetime.
The Joint Director said the dogs upon operated were given a tag, tattoo or paint as a mark of identification. The Blue Cross Society, a Non-Governmental Organisation, has trained dog catchers on catching the stray dogs live and provided them with kits containing nets and the other paraphernalia. The Animal Husbandry department was planning to make use of their services for organising the birth control operations. After the dogs caught by the catchers, the veterinarians from the department would identify the male animals for operations, he explained. According to the data available with the Animal Husbandry department, a little over 30,000 dogs are in existence in the district. The city reportedly has 4,300 animals.

Alright, These South Indians are surely upto something. When I say South Indians, I'm just talking about the region to the Southern part of India and not categorizing them as a different section altogether, please spare me the comments that I'm racist or something. But surely, there is something wrong down there, First I reviewed the article about Sex equals marriage and now this, gets me thinking what are we doing.
Alright, the Dog population in Andhra is on a rise, Okay, seems plausible, but have you ever considered the rate of rise of Human Population, that too all across India. You say that on Zoonosis Day, you want to take care of the problem of increasing number of dogs, what the hell do you do on the World Population Day, I'll look upon it on the coming 11th of July.
Sometimes, I feel we are the ones stealing the right to live from those poor animals. We cut down the forests, and make up buildings and then we argue there are animals on the wild. Now tell me, where the hell are they going to go. I may be sounding like a hardcore environmentalist, but well that's the truth about us.
Thinking as per biological impact, all forms of life are required to maintain balance, and if you reduce dogs, you'll have to reduce other species as well, may not be in the same proportion but it is required.
I have a better idea, It'll also generate profits for them, why not sell them to Koreans. Koreans eat sterilized dog meat, and well, they'll pay you handsomely. I should seriously stop being racist.
Well, India is a democracy and we cannot force Birth Control over humans, but animals, we'll make them eunuch for the sake of population control. Did you know that it too is called sterilization? Well the anti-rabies vaccination plan is commendable, for I would not like to be bitten first by a dog and then by Vaccination Syringes.
We want our dogs to be controlled but the people to run loose, well that's the name of the game, if you can't control those required, you'll display your frustration on those who you can. I for one cannot operate on a Dog's genitalia, but well people can.
It happens everywhere, not only in India.

Couples who have premarital sex to be considered ‘married,’ says HC

The News
If any unmarried couple of the right legal age “indulge in sexual gratification,” this will be considered a valid marriage and they could be termed “husband and wife,” the Madras High Court has ruled in a judgment that gives a new twist to the concept of premarital sex.
The court said that if a bachelor has completed 21 years of age and an unmarried woman 18 years, they have acquired the freedom of choice guaranteed by the Constitution. “Consequently, if any couple choose to consummate their sexual cravings, then that act becomes a total commitment with adherence to all consequences that may follow, except on certain exceptional considerations.”
The court said marriage formalities as per various religious customs such as the tying of a mangalsutra, the exchange of garlands and rings or the registering of a marriage were only to comply with religious customs for the satisfaction of society.
FULL ARTICLE @ THE NEWS
Okay, let that sink in, Sex equals marriage and the wedding ceremony and the marriage certificates are to please the religion and the society. ARE YOU INSANE? I as an orthodox Indian used to believe love was the foundation of marriage, but the Madras High Court feels different than me, apparently sex is the foundation of marriage. You get married to obtain a certificate from the society to have intercourse as you please, and here I was, sitting here believing it was a free country where we could do anything we wanted. Pre-marital Sex may be thought of as swinish, but that does not mean those who indulge in it are to be considered married, not only does it argue with logic, it also hammers away with the principles of religion.
If sex is considered marriage, is kissing Engagement and not having sex afterwards be tried for defamity? Also, will it amount to polygamy if a person has pre-marital sex with more than two partners? Such logic comes from a state that has one of the highest literacy rate in India, I mean what do they even teach there. I mean it sure does save a lot of money with all the Big Fat Weddings that are organised just 'to let the couple have sex', but is it even thought of with clear minds.
In the above case though, it was considered marriage as the person had children with the women as well and they wanted the woman to have an alimony, but by simple logic, could they simply not have increased the child support, why the hell did they call it marriage. It would decrease the incidences of Premarital Sex but do they really think, it is the way.
Good thing the Madras HC decision is not applicable throughout the nation more so around the world or else it would have been one stupid place to live in.
